This weekend will delight many, at least when it comes to temperatures, but what follows is an absolute change. In other words, after a sunny weekend with a comfortable temperature around the 20th division, the beginning of next week will be marked by the first snow of autumn!

As the meteorologist Djordje Djuric announced on his Facebook profile, the weekend will be sunny, with a temperature around 20 degrees, while “on Monday there will continue a new deterioration, and on Tuesday it will snow in the heights of the mountains more low”.

Marko Čubrilo, professor of geography and meteorologist, “warned” about the same weather conditions.

“Next week, a sharp change in weather, starting Sunday afternoon. With heavy rain, temperatures will be below and significantly below average. The first autumn mountain snowfall is approaching,” wrote Marko Čubrilo on his Facebook profile, adding that “a detailed analysis is coming tomorrow morning.”

Also in Belgrade, after a stable, sunny weekend with a pleasant temperature of about 20 degrees, early next week there will be a cooling and a worsening of the weather that will bring rainfall.

HEAVY PRECIPITATION IS COMING

RHMZ also warned of heavy rain, which is expected early next week.

“Heavy rains are expected in western and southwestern Serbia on Monday (20 to 50 millimeters in 24 hours, locally and more). In the afternoon, evening and overnight, the precipitation zone will extend through the central parts towards the East of the country. Tuesday morning in the Southwest, and in the middle of the day also elsewhere, “the RMHZ warning reads.

According to meteorologists, a slightly higher amount of precipitation will also affect the capital.

“From Monday afternoon to Tuesday morning in the Belgrade area, heavy rains with an amount of 30 to 40 millimeters,” says RHMZ.

Significantly lower temperatures are expected early next week in Belgrade, where Monday’s temperature will range from 13 to a high of 15. Tuesday will be even colder with a morning temperature of eight degrees, while in the warmer part of the day will be only 11.

WARNING AND METEOALARM

On Monday, October 12, according to the announcements, the Srem area, western and southwestern Serbia, as well as Kosovo and Metohija will be marked by an orange weather alarm, representing dangerous weather.

“The climate is dangerous. Dangerous weather events have been predicted, of such intensity that they can cause material damage and be dangerous to humans and animals. You have to be very careful, be aware of the risks and be regularly informed about the details of the forecast meteorological conditions. Follow the advice given by the competent state services “, reads the explanation of the orange meteorological alarm.

For Bača, Banat, the Belgrade and Šumadija area, as well as a part of southeastern Serbia, will be marked with a yellow weather alarm, representing potentially dangerous weather, and the weather conditions that are forecast are not unusual.
