Solid evidence was found on the people who committed the most serious acts, murders, at least three people, and another of the murderers was arrested because we found his DNA, although we do not believe that he participated in it – Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said tonight on Pink TV.
Vučić said about the arrest of an organized criminal group led by Veljko Belivuk, better known as Velja Nevolja, that the DNA of a man A.Š. And Veljko Belivuk from the DNA of the three murdered men!
– This man’s initials are A. Š. His DNA and the leaders of this criminal group were found together with the DNA of the three murdered young men we speak of most often – said Vučić.
He noted that numerous traces were found in Ritopek’s house, as well as that members of this group were followed by drones, etc., so that they did not understand that they were being followed.
– I think it is important and more important that people feel safe and protected in their country. There is no country where there are no gangster murders, our job is to minimize them. Our job is to clean the streets, as far as possible, of drug traffickers, these are our priority tasks. Can you always do better, stronger? Probably – said Vucic.
He added that “most of these criminal groups were imported.”
– All those who thought it was possible, although a good part of these criminal groups were imported from a country in the region, and the other part of the shooters, murderers from another country, is ours to show that the State is stronger. We will clarify it with great force, with great responsibility, regardless of the price to be paid – he said.
As he pointed out, “neither the ninety nor the two thousand” will return to Serbia.
– It is not normal to kill with impunity, this is not the year 2000 in which you could have killed policemen. That time has passed. Serbia is a much stronger country today, we will not allow anyone to do that. These are not even the 90s, when we had several murders every day … Another moment came, and what happened to us began to remind us of those years and it is good that it stopped – said the president on the Hit Tweet program.
He pointed out that the members of the Velja Nevolje group had much more money than the “Zemun clan”.
– These people had a lot of money, a lot of money, more money than the “Zemun clan”, it took a lot of courage and effort to enter. I have spoken several times about the “rail” case (the murder of Vlastimir Milosevic), but that was not enough, but I think it will also be investigated – Vucic pointed out.
He added that the fight against crime will continue.
– There are no stops, there is no surrender, the fight continues and it will be very difficult. Most police officers are willing to go all the way in that fight. Do you know how much work there was? We found traces of a house in Ritoprek, we tracked it with the help of drones, satellites, so that they did not enter to track them. We knew what his plan was.
