In Montenegro’s parliamentary elections on August 30, Djukanovic’s Democratic Party of Socialists, ruled for the past 30 years, obtained the most votes, but three opposition coalitions together obtained the majority, 41 out of 81. Leaders of all three coalitions are negotiating a new government.
