I suspected that my sister had something to do with my mother’s disappearance, but I did not know or suspect that she was a monster and that she killed her, says Monica C. (41), whose half-sister Divna Milošević (23) is suspected of having killed his mother Danica Milošević (57) in Bečej two months ago.

Divna Milošević is suspected of brutally killing her mother after a violent fight and then dumping her body into a sewer in the garden and burying it with bricks and sand.
Monica, who lives in Leskovac, worried about not being able to contact her mother for days, reported her missing to the police. The police searched for the missing woman and three days ago, in the garden of her house, they found Danica’s body.
– Since I reported the disappearance of my mother, I have had the worst feeling. I saved my mother’s life when I was 14 years old, when she was hit by a tractor, she was on the brink of death. What is the fate of a child who saves her and another who judges her? Did my mother deserve to be killed by her own daughter? And he kept it like a little water in the palm of his hand for 23 years – Monica told the Belgrade media.
As he also says, he reported his mother’s disappearance to the police because he had not heard from her since December 20 of last year.
Neighbors heard a bitter argument
Monica says her Becej neighbors told her that about two months ago they heard a big fight between Divna and Danica, after which they never saw Danica again.

– If only one of them had called the police and reported the violence, maybe my mother would have been alive – says Monica and adds that, as far as she knows, her sister and mother got along well and had no problems:
“Sometimes they fought, like everyone else, but they never fought,” he added.
As she says, Monica told her in February that her mother got married and left home.
– History often changed, so I decided to call the police. Divna never rebelled because of it, she even cooperated with the police. I suppose he thought, since I am in Leskovac, my brother in Germany, and that he sold the house immediately after the crime, that all traces were removed, so that no one would suspect her – he says.
Divna was arrested in the house she moved to after her mother’s murder. That house is only a few hundred yards from the house you sold.
Monica adds that she dreamed of her mother for months and that in her dreams her mother begged her to save her.
– Mom called me in my dreams and shouted: “Save me!” I always told him there was no way to come. I woke up in the water and my husband convinced me that she must be alive. Until the last second, I did not lose hope to find her alive, she is desperate.
