Unlike previous “monstrosities”, which have more than a thousand tons, this vessel weighs only 855 tons and the capacity is more than 4,300 cubic meters.

At the solemn lowering ceremony of the river tanker, the largest ever to take place at the Zrenjanin shipyard, the Mayor of Zrenjanin, Simo Salapura, broke a bottle of champagne on the ship’s hull, which is a tradition to the lower a ship into the water.

– Thanks to our knowledge, experience and vision, we managed to return the Zrenjanin shipyards to the positions of world shipbuilding – said Salapura.

– In addition to the professional staff, the advantage of our shipyard is the location close to the ring road, roads and, in the future, the motorway. There are also natural conditions, that is, the river network, where the final product of the shipyard can reach the Tisza and the Danube very quickly.
