The National Assembly approved amendments to the Law of Ministries, which created the possibility of electing a new government in Wednesday’s session. But, in the discussion about the amendments to the Law of Ministries, the main topic unexpectedly became Sulejman Ugljanin, the leader of the SDA Sandzak.

Namely, the parliamentary group “United Valley – SDA Sandzak” proposed that “minority self-government” be added to the name of the Ministry of State Administration and Local Self-Government. This sparked a heated argument between MP Enis Imamović from SDA Sandžak and a dozen MPs from the ruling coalition. The law of ministries and the next election of a new government were in the background.

The entire ruling coalition understood MP Imamović’s amendment, whereby the Ministry of Local Self-Government would receive an addition in the name of being a minority self-government, as a provocation from Sulejman Ugljanin, who is not a deputy at all.

“The leader of a colleague who spoke a moment ago called Serbia a stepmother, and then also called Serbia a fascist creation,” said SPS deputy Djordje Milicevic.

“He saw the statement he quoted in the media, it was a statement made in Belgrade, but Milicevic continues to see Sulejman Ugljanin. I hope they will not see him again,” MP Imamovic agreed.

And so Milicevic and Imamovic argued for more than half an hour, abusing the fact that the new speaker of parliament does not turn off the microphone.

Dacic: Mr. Milicevic, it’s been two minutes.

Milicevic: Just to finish the sentence, please.

Dacic: There are no possibilities, I have to apply the regulation.

However, the debate continued.

Imamovic: Milicevic continues to see Sulejman Ugljanin. I hope he has no more visions.

Dacic: Since you mentioned George and now he’s entitled to an answer again and that’s your mutual tricks, landing, I used that too so I kept mentioning with Canak, him me, me him and then we both have a right to another answer We go one more time and then I conclude the discussion.

The SNS deputies called on the deputies of “United Valley and SDA Sandzak” to imitate other Bosnian parties and the representatives of the Hungarians in the National Assembly.

“I believe that Serbia, under the leadership of Aleksandar Vučić, is a champion of human and minority rights at the European level. We are outperforming many EU countries,” said SNS deputy Vladimir Marinković.

However, that was not the end of addressing a politician who was not present.

“Whether someone will form the Government or enter it is decided by the citizens in the elections, and I ask Sulejman Ugljanin: Suljo, go back to normal, you cannot be a mother of Serbia, stepmother for five years and then a fascist creation again “, He said. is a deputy from the SPS-JS list, Dragan Markovic Palma.

While it was stormy in the room, quietly behind the main stage, the Justice Committee adopted an amendment according to which the Ministry of Justice will no longer be obliged to publish and monitor the execution of the judgments of the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg. The open parliament reacted immediately, but the president of the Lawyers Committee for Human Rights, Katarina Golubović, nevertheless, clarified that the Public Ministry is now responsible for and that the result of the decision may be good, if the system for supervising the execution of sentences is strengthened.
