A horrifying event took place in Sremska Mitrovica, where it was allegedly revealed that Marko K. (30) sexually abused her five-year-old son KM.
A pediatrician at the General Hospital of Sremska Mitrovica reported yesterday that the great-grandfather of the injured boy JD (69) came for a medical examination and brought his great-grandson for a medical examination because he noticed traces of blood on the toilet paper while cleaning the child.
The pediatrician performed a medical examination of the minor KM, and on that occasion, hyperemia of the anus was found, that is, an increase in the amount of blood in the capillaries with two fissures or skin damage. Then a perianal swab was taken.
An employee of the Social Work Center in Sremska Mitrovica, Branislava G., interviewed the five-year-old boy, and the boy said he lived alone with his father and that they had been sleeping together for about a year. He also allegedly said that when his father fell asleep, he touched him and put his finger in his mouth.
The police agents also took a statement from the great-grandfather of the injured, who said that “he did not notice anything suspicious in the behavior of his great-grandson, except changes in the anus, after which he immediately took him to an examination.”
All of the above was reported to the Sremska Mitrovica prosecutor on duty, who qualified the crime, and then declared that the arrest of Father Marko K. was ordered for 48 hours.
