Around 3pm a family tragedy occurred in the Kotež neighborhood of Belgrade, in which DS (46) killed his mother SS, who is in her 70s, and then judged himself, and this could be a potential motive.
After the murder, DS wandered about 400 meters from the house and committed suicide in the bushes. The woman’s body was found at the family home.
This crime upset the locals, and especially the neighbors who knew this family. One of the neighbors says that the son was a good person and that it is not clear why he acted this way.
SS went insane due to illness, so they assume DS could no longer bear the pressure, so he decided to kill his mother and himself.
– We have known each other since they bought the plot, I have not noticed anything unusual. Her mother had a mental illness, we all know that. None of us could have predicted what had happened and done it. Probably because he was very attached to his mother and to alleviate her suffering, I know. He was a good boy – said the neighbor Joja.
