A police investigation is underway.
A father and son, Goran Kostić (53) and Darko Kostić (28), were injured in a shooting that took place tonight around 7.30pm near the village of Parcane near Varvarin.
They told police that they had been shot with a hunting rifle at a time when several unknown persons entered the courtyard of their cabin.
According to media reports, the police are reviewing these statements to determine what exactly happened at the weekend house located two kilometers from the village.
– They said that they only came to visit the house for the weekend, the sequence of events is being checked – the source says unofficially.
A father with head injuries and a son in the back were taken to the Kruševac General Hospital in ambulances from the barbarian ambulance. There are no official confirmations yet that they are not life threatening.
– They were treated in Surgery, the diagnosis of the wounded is ongoing, surgeons on duty are with them – says Dr. Vesna Stević-Gajić, director of the Kruševac hospital.
The police did not officially announce this fact. The investigation continues.
