A well-known ethno-musician and flute teacher Bruce was brought to police last week on suspicion of touching a ten-year-old girl who came to his class on the chest of his home. Frulas was immediately taken into custody by the police for influencing witnesses and, after questioning, was released. The entire case was reported by the girl’s parents when their daughter told them what had happened to her.
The case occurred in the house of the alleged teacher while he was alone with the girl. The father of a ten-year-old girl told H1 that he was going to flute lessons that day. But she says she came back upset and scared. After a few hours, he told his mother what had happened to him.
“My wife started talking about how her daughter was no longer going to flute lessons and that she had to stop. When I asked him what the reason was, he told me that that day the teacher was holding her breasts, ”says this father.
The father says that he was amazed to hear that, because he knew both the teacher and the family.
“I asked him how long it lasted, if he had accidentally hooked it. But she told me that it lasted a long time, that is, all the time while she was writing, ”explains this father.
The family reported the case to the police the next day. However, the prosecutor requested custody for various reasons, influencing the witnesses. Then he questioned all the witnesses.
After he was released on Monday, the flute teacher immediately lost all traces and his wife reported him missing to the police. She said her husband left and left a letter. As we learned, the prosecution ordered the police to investigate whether there were more victims, because there are indications that the ten-year-old is not the only victim.
The Brus Court of First Instance announced today that custody of the suspect was ordered on November 10, and that after the prosecution informed the court that all witnesses were heard on November 13, the arrest ended on November 16. Therefore, the Brus Court of First Instance confirmed that, indeed, if the prosecution had acted differently in this case, the suspect would still be in custody and not on the run.
