The president of the Matica Albanians in Serbia, Demo Berisha, says that Germany is obstructing the work of the KLA Crimes Court, to assume the international position of the United States.

He said on the television program Focus on B92 that the Pristina Court, which deals with the KLA crimes, was made at the initiative of the United States, which is concerned with solving the problem of the victims.
“Germany is pushing, I would say that it is a destructive element at the moment that is doing everything possible to avoid the actions of the court,” Berisha said.

He recalled that Germany, and therefore the EU, wants to take its place before the United States, and as he said, “it is known that the United States created Kosovo.”
Berisha said that it was impossible for the EU, Britain and the United States not to know about the “crimes in Kosovo and Metohija”, and that there was a gap between the EU and the United States, who cared to solve the problem of the victims.
“The arrests of KLA leaders Gucati and Haradinaj were carried out by order of the prosecutor’s office and the Pristina court, and that was carried out by the judicial police. It is expected that this court will eventually end up with binding verdicts,” Berisha said.

He added that goodwill was demonstrated that justice must be done for all victims in Kosovo and Metohija, regardless of their nationality.
Berisha stated that it was clear to all those in the KLA that they had to withdraw from the political scene and accept responsibility for the crimes, and that many except Ramush Haradinaj did.
Speaking about the leak of court documents in The Hague, Berisha said that witnesses to the crime were in danger.
“We had a case where Nasim Haradinaj even identified a family and thus put it in danger, and we had room for a weak reaction from European political society and the EU to the procedure and the leak of documents,” He said.

Berisha assessed that the EU was weak, hardly reacting to this leak of documents.
They claimed that the names of those who had suffered the KLA had been published and that it could no longer be said that the KLA had not killed those victims.
“Considering the full capacity for material proof, it is to be expected that in the end, regardless of the vicissitudes, an accusation will be reached,” he said.
According to him, he hopes that justice will be served.
