The summer holidays of the Leskovac people in Saranda in southern Albania turned into conversations and negotiations with the police over the broken down car waiting for them in the parking lot on the first day of the summer holidays. Insulting messages: “Out of here, Serbian houses” and “Death to all Serbs” were found as they approached his parked car.

The brother of the owner of the car told him that after the incident, they called the Serbian embassy, where they were told that they would contact certain competent services.

– The Albanian police conducted an investigation, my brother gave a statement and we should get a summons from the judge, but that has not happened yet – said the brother of the owner of the car.

They have not yet received compensation, or a court summons, and the scratches on the car are so deep that the entire vehicle has to be painted.

– The rest of the holidays we had no problem, even his police said: “This is a shame for Albanians” – he says.

He noted that they had no more problems during the entire vacation.
