Almost everything illegal: “Tsunami”, Photo: Kurir TV
The “Tsunami House” rafts continue to operate and celebrate parties despite the prohibitions of use issued by the Ministry of Construction and Transport and did not pass the technical inspections, and Kurir took possession of documentation that showed in black and white that these facilities put in endanger the safety of guests. Among other things, they do not have fire suppression systems, auxiliary engines, general alarms, radio connection, they float on barrels instead of platforms, while some do not even have switches to turn off the light, lighting, but no bridges or steps! !
During 2019, the Directorate for the Determination of the Navigation Capacity of Vessels issued a report on the basic inspection of the floating facilities “Casa Tsunami”, where a handful of irregularities were determined, and instructions were issued to the owner Aleksandar Zubac to eliminate them. Perhaps most of the irregularities were discovered at the facilities of “Tsunami House 2”, whose registration expired in April 2019, and since then there have been no traces of a new request for technical inspection.

The fire suppression and notification system is missing, but even the bridge, stairs, steps, and hallways! For this raft, an order was given to remove and remove all the barrels from the pontoon support structure, install the main switch to turn off the power, mark the fuses and write the circuits – it is indicated in the technical supervision act carried out on 28 March 2019.
A similar situation was found in the “Tsunami 11” raft during the inspections of November 1, 2019 and December 17, 2019, when it was established that this facility does not have a platform, auxiliary motors, electric motors and administrative control instruments. associated ducts and accessories. The worst thing is that this raft did not have a fire extinguishing or reporting system, not even with radio devices.
– The owner was ordered to present a receipt from the authorized workshop in which the installation was carried out, stability calculation for damaged and undamaged part, calculation of the bearing capacity of the access bridge, certificates of non-combustibility for wooden materials, but also install parking lights on the edges of the building to the water. Act of the Administration to determine the navigability of ships.
The “Tsunami ruf top” raft also had the most similar irregularities to these two rafts, and it also lacked certificates of installed steel and pipes, and even a handrail on the steps.

Threats and lies
It should be remembered that a few days ago, Kurir revealed that 10 of the 11 “Tsunami” rafts did not pass technical inspections, and therefore did not have certificates of ability to float, which is why the Ministry of Construction prohibited them from working.
– The only raft that has been subjected to technical inspection is the “Tsunami” with registration number BG-P-665B, which expires on September 26, 2020, and which the owner uses for his office needs – they told him to Kurir at the Ministry of Construction. The owner, Aleksandar Zubac, finally got in touch with the Courier, threatening and insulting our journalist, saying that we were “sheep”, but also claiming that he had all the necessary documentation and that he actually only owned one raft, which was divided in four parts, forgetting to announce up to 14 separate objects.
