Miloš Ilić (20) from Leskovac, suspected of sentencing Father Predrag, stepmother Danijela (43), sister Ana (19) who was in an advanced pregnancy and half sister S. R (12) on the night of 9 to May 10, he was questioned yesterday at the Leskovac High Prosecutor’s Office and ordered to be detained.
– The suspect Miloš Ilić was questioned yesterday at the Leskovac High Prosecutor’s Office and, by decision of the judge on the previous procedure of the Leskovac High Court, he was detained for up to 30 days due to a well-founded suspicion that he committed the crime of aggravated murder under of art. 114. period. 11. of the Penal Code – said “Blic” of this accusation.
Meanwhile, his family was buried in the family village of Granica in the family grave, in the presence of some seventy family members, neighbors, and acquaintances. Those present reported that Predrag’s mother constantly called her son and grandchildren, while his father watched silently as they lowered the chests to the family grave. The funeral was also attended by Predrag’s brother from Belgrade.
The motive for the horrific crime is still not entirely clear, although it is not officially known that the bloodshed was preceded by a dispute between the family over the money Miloš asked his father Predrag.
When the conflict subsided, they went to bed, and Miloš, as suspected, grabbed an ax and killed one by one: stepmother, father, sister who was in an advanced pregnancy and half sister … Her younger brother avoided tragedy because he does not live with family in this house
As we found out later, it is a family in social danger that was protected from the Social Work Center. Therefore, the Protector of Citizens initiated a procedure to determine if any of the institutions made a mistake when working with the Ilić family.
