For the seventh consecutive day, the percentage of newly infected in relation to the number examined in 24 hours in Serbia is less than five percent, which all the experts indicated as the main condition to alleviate restrictive measures, including the abolition of the state of emergency and curfew.

In the last 24 hours, tests were carried out on 4,550 people, and 93 of them were positive, that is, only 2.04%, which is the best result since the beginning of the epidemic in our country. By the way, since the first case on March 6, a total of 106,461 people have been evaluated and 9,557 people have become ill. Which means that the total coefficient is 8.97 percent.

Unfortunately, in the last 24 hours, four people have died, ie 197 since the start of the fight against the coronavirus, and the mortality rate, i.e. mortality in Serbia is 2.06%.

In the period from yesterday at 3:00 pm to today at 3:00 pm, 93 newly infected people were registered, most of them in Belgrade – 24, followed by Nis with eight, Leskovac and Vranje with six each, Pancevo with four, Aleksinac, Opovo, Smederevo, Sokobanja and Sremska Mitrovica with three other patients.

Subotica: another victim of the corona virus

Since the beginning of the epidemic in Subotica, 49 citizens have become ill with the corona virus, and two have lost their lives.

A 47-year-old man from Bajmok died this morning at the Vojvodina Clinical Center in Novi Sad, while a 62-year-old woman died in early April.

120 Subotica citizens are in isolation, and the move ban measure from May 1 to 3 was violated by 21 people. All those who violated the curfew were fined.

Life is returning to normal, as in other cities, restoration facilities have begun to function, but protective measures against the spread of the new coronavirus are present at every step.

The city headquarters for emergency situations in Subotica issued an order allowing inter-city passenger transport as of May 4, and urban and suburban transport will be allowed as of May 8. Novi Sad: Nine children under treatment

At the Novi Sad Fair, the number of patients increased by three and there are now 37 people slightly ill with the coronavirus, while 84 patients were hospitalized at the Pancevo General Hospital, three more than the previous day, and two patients they are still on respirators.

There are more patients in Banja Junaković, near Apatin, where doctors, soldiers and police are staying, and where 50 people are being treated, while the previous day there were 47 of them.

Due to the decrease in the number of patients with covid-19 in the Vojvodina Clinical Center, conditions have been created for the regular work of certain units of that health institution.

Zlatibor district: no new cases

The coronavirus epidemic, at least judging from the results of the latest test, has decreased in the Zlatibor district. After almost a month and a half from the first confirmed cases, the Uzice Institute of Public Health announced that there were no positive results on Kovid-19 in this area, and 116 people were evaluated.

The current balance of coronavirus in ten municipalities of the Zlatibor district is 142 infected people and 11 dead.

Bor: more cured than sick

According to the most recent information, nine new cases of coronavirus have been registered in the city of Bor, and a total of 45 people are currently positive for Kovid – 19.

On the other hand, the number of healed people is increasing. Another 10 people were cured of the crown, making a total of 96 people fully recover from this virus.
