Up to 6,109 people have contracted the coronavirus in the past 24 hours, and thus even the darkest predictions have come true. The growth trend is recorded in all places in our country, and the four largest cities do not descend from the infamous throne!

The leader, as in all previous days, is Belgrade, in which more than 2,000 people were infected for another day, more precisely 2,143 of them. Today, our second largest city, Novi Sad, is also seeing growth, with 463 new infected people registered, while there are a dramatic 246 in Kragujevac.

Nis is dangerously close to the critical number of 200, so in one day, 182 new cases were recorded in our largest city in southern Serbia.

After Valjevo was away from the most important access points for two days, today there was a black market: up to 136 new cases are registered in this city!

Pancevo is not in a better situation either, so new data from the previous 24 hours shows 127 new cases were recorded there, and Kraljevo surpassed 100 with 116 new cases.

Pozarevac and Zrenjanin have 111 positive cases each, Cacak has 89 and Subotica has 70 infected. Other cities have below that figure.

We remind you that in the last 24 hours, 18,980 people in Serbia were tested for the coronavirus, of which 6,109 tested positive, while 29 people unfortunately died.

According to the latest data from the Ministry of Health and the Institute “Trampoline”, there are 186 patients with respirators in health institutions throughout Serbia.
