The municipality of Trstenik has restored the state of emergency. This decision, which was made today, just two weeks after the emergency situation was lifted in the municipality, came about due to the worsening of the epidemiological situation in the Trstenik territory, according to the latest report from the Krusevac Institute of Public Health. .
– Since the beginning of the epidemic, 109 KOVID-19 positive patients have been registered in the territory of our municipality, and among 11 new patients throughout the Rasina district, 10 are from Trstenik. When examining the contacts of the patients, the transmission of the disease in the cafes was verified and the non-compliance of the preventive measures prescribed among the citizens was noted, says Milena Turk, president of the municipality.
Turk claims that the decision was made to declare a state of emergency and that special measures were taken to prevent further spread of the virus. He asks his fellow citizens to adhere to the prescribed measures to fight the pandemic as soon as possible, writes “Novosti”.
According to data from the Krusevac Public Health Institute, 3 new cases were confirmed in the last 24 hours, including two in the municipality of Trstenik and one case in Krusevac. Since the beginning of the epidemic in the Rasina district, 1,487 cases of KOVID-19 have been registered and currently 4,282 people are under health supervision. 1,409 people are considered cured.
