Croatia was the most tested, Slovenia the most infected since March

According to the latest available data, the largest increase in the number of coronavirus cases in the region is still recorded in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Today, 290 newly infected people were registered and six people died.

1,526 samples were analyzed in FBiH and 560 in RS.

Slovenia recorded the highest number of new infections daily as of March 4. In Slovenia, 2,758 people were tested for the new coronavirus in the last 24 hours, of which 108 tested positive.

701 cases were active and no deaths were reported in the last 24 hours.

In the last 24 hours, 190 new cases of coronavirus and the death of three patients were registered in Croatia, the National Civil Protection Headquarters announced today. Croatia has tested a record number of samples so far: 5,549.

The number of active cases currently in Croatia is 2,430, of which 327 patients are hospitalized.

Montenegro analyzed 617 samples for the new coronavirus, among which 163 new positive cases of infection were registered. The death of a covid patient from Bijelo Polje was reported (67).

Today there was a slight increase in the number of cases in Serbia. Of the 9,507 samples, 92 individuals tested positive. One person died.
