It is only about the funds foreseen and reserved, which will be spent as every year for these purposes, only when and if there are general and special conditions for it.
Otherwise, part or all of the amount will be returned to the budget of the republic or transferred to another position, where dictated by numerous needs and activities of the Ministry of Culture and Information, indicated in the announcement. It is also emphasized that, so far, not a dinar of these funds has been spent or “included”.
