The request was submitted by Dr. Nemanja Aleksić, a lawyer from Novi Sad. Says the following:
– Due to the existence of reasons of suspicion that on 09.12.2020. year, in a state where he was able to understand the meaning of his work and manage his actions, aware of his work and wanted his execution, aware that his work was prohibited, he spread religious hatred and intolerance towards the believers of the Church Orthodox Serbia, and especially towards the believers in To the Republic of Serbia, to the Republic of Montenegro, by making several insulting statements on his television program entitled “24 minutes with Zoran Kesić”, which is broadcast on the cable television channel “Nova S”, exposing the religious symbols of the orthodox Christian religion, its saints and clergy, thus incurring the crime of incitement to hatred and national, racial and religious intolerance according to art. 317 st. 1 in the manner described in para. 2 of the RS Penal Code – It is written in the lawsuit and it is added that the suspect often expresses anti-Serbian opinions on his show.
The suspect is in the fifth part of the episode, entitled “Elections in Montenegro – “How Vasilije Ostroški defeated Mila”, in an extremely malicious, reckless and arrogant way, exposed the religious symbols of the Orthodox Christian faith, its saints, priests and faithful.
He stated in a very provocative way and accompanied by inappropriate gestures:
– It seems that the voters of Montenegro liked the most Vasilija Ostroški, who for justified reasons could not participate in the elections, but therefore persuaded his “publicist”, Amfilohije Radović, to go to the polls for the first time in his life and voice. Well, technically, he got out of the jeep and voted. But of what will. “
– The moment the metropolitan put his ballot into the polls, three miracles happened. Lightning struck the sky over Lovćen. Something flashed under Ostrog. And Vlado Georgijev was inspired for a new song in his studio in Belgrade.
– All that was a clear sign of what followed. Toma waited 30 years to finish college. Vulin waited 30 years to finish the army. And Montenegro has been waiting 30 years to hear recognition of Milo Đukanović’s defeat, even if it’s twisted, as only he knows how to do it.
“But, if stability is not possible for political purposes, perhaps it can be magical, so I suppose there is a magician, his mother” the sacred throne of the Amfilohije de Pec.
