Criminal charges against Boško Obradović for attacking Rističević Chronicle

The Prosecutor’s Office has officially confirmed that members of the Interior Ministry today filed a criminal complaint with the First Basic Prosecutor’s Office in Belgrade regarding the incident in which Deputy Marjan Risticevic was injured.

BELGRADE – The Prosecutor’s Office has officially confirmed that members of the Ministry of the Interior filed a criminal complaint against B.O, M.M, Đ.D. today before the First Basic Prosecutor’s Office in Belgrade. and M.S. on the occasion of the incident in front of the Chamber of the Serbian National Assembly in which deputy Marjan Risticevic was injured.

As previously announced, criminal charges were filed against Deputy Dveri and leader Boško Obradović and three other people.

The criminal report was filed due to the existence of a well-founded suspicion that they committed the crime of violent behavior, the prosecutor’s office announcement said on its website.

The statement states that they are suspected to be among the participants in the meeting in front of the House of the Serbian National Assembly on May 8, when MP Marijan Risticevic was wounded, after which they insulted and endangered the security of the Minister of Health, Zlatibor Loncar.

On that occasion, other deputies who entered the assembly were also rudely insulted, it is stated in the announcement of the accusation.

It is added that the prosecution will carry out evidentiary actions by interrogating the accused, examining the injured parties and other witnesses of this event to determine the complete factual situation and the guilt of the accused.

After that, a decision will be made about the further course of the procedure, about which the public will be informed in a timely manner.
