M. Ž. (35) and DA (19), who broke into the exhibition at the “Stara Kapetanija” gallery in Zemun and destroyed the exhibited works, pleaded guilty at the hearing at the Third Basic Prosecutor’s Office and entered into agreements, by virtue of which they were sentenced to three months’ imprisonment, with a verification period of one year.
– The Third Basic Prosecutor’s Office of Belgrade after the hearing with the suspects M. Ž. (35) and SI (19) for the commission of the crime of violent conduct, concluded agreements on the recognition of the crime, and the court imposed conditional sentences establishing prison terms of 3 months and a probationary period of 1 year – it was announced since the Third of the Basic Prosecutor’s Office.
Let us remind you, a group of masked men stormed the gallery, the comic book exhibition, fired tear gas and destroyed the works on display.
