The hearing was supposed to take place on Monday, October 5, but the court was informed about the arrest of the accused in Serbia!

This Petrovcanin illegally entered our country, because he was prohibited from entering. In addition, fake UNPROFOR license plates were found near him, and members of the Serbian Ministry of the Interior found a Montenegrin police uniform and an official license plate in the jeep behind the wheel of which he was driving.

– He had a French passport with him, and he claimed that he entered Serbia because he came for human rights – states our source. – However, he is on the list of people who are dangerous to the security of Serbia, so he was denied entry and stay on that basis.

By the way, Knezevic was attacked on the night of August 24 in a Budva bar. According to the Serbian businessman, Kalostrovic, with the help of several other people, tried to extort around 120,000 euros.

– That night they called my wife and told her to take the money to Baje Pivljanina street in Dedinje – Knezevic told us, adding that he had been beaten all the time.

In addition to Kaloštrović, he also named lawyer Aleksa Stanković, son of the Supreme State Prosecutor of Montenegro, Ivica Stanković, and prosecutor Nikola Boričić, as the people who attacked him.

He said he would cut me

In the DECLARATION that Knezevic handed over to the Montenegrin police, among other things, he claims that Kalostrovic took him to the jewelry store, which is located ten meters from the store:

– That’s where he begins to insult me, telling me that he is going to cut me, that I will prepare 120,000 euros for him in the morning. She hit me on the head several times, pushed me inside the jewelry, and started kicking me with her feet and fists. All this was observed by two men who worked in a jewelry store.

Knežević further says that after that he returned to the bar, and Kaloštrović came with seven boys:

– He repeats that I owe him 120,000 euros and he keeps hitting me on the head and that lasts an hour. They wouldn’t let me go. He had a gun in his pocket, with which he shoved me in the thigh …

– Montenegrin police officers providing security for Aleksa Stanković were also present, says Knezević.

At this time, however, the Kotor Public Prosecutor’s Office is only prosecuting Kaloštrović because of this fact and the attack on Knezević. According to the Montenegrin media, he told police and prosecutors that he had had friendly and business relations with Knezevic for many years and that a businessman from Serbia was still in debt to him on one of the joint affairs.

– It is true that we had joint ventures five years ago, but there is no debt, because I have liquidated all my obligations – says the owner of “Knez Petrol”.

Budva police inspectors reviewed the surveillance camera footage from the “Hemingway” bar, where the first “meeting” allegedly took place. The Montenegrin portal “Vijesti” reports the words of his source from the police, who claims that “the video shows that Kalostrovic slapped Knezevic twice.”

Lawyer Aleksa Stanković and prosecutor Nikola Boričić denied having anything to do with the aforementioned event.

– It’s all a notorious falsehood. I will file a lawsuit against Knezevic – said Stankovic. – There were no incidents, just stories about some debt.
