Shootings, injuries, disappearances of people interested in security and, ultimately, murders, are scenes that can be seen in the last two months in our area, but also in neighboring countries.
The war of the Skaljar and Kavač clans “moved” to the wider Balkans, with the exception of Serbia and Montenegro, while the war of national fan groups can be seen in raids on the streets of the capital.
The Serbian police are checking the information that Baranin Adis Spahić (33) is the third person to disappear in Belgrade the night between 14 and 15 October this year, when a trace of Lazar Vukićević (30) was lost in Banovo brdo. ) from Belgrade, but also from his friend Damir. Hodžić (23), otherwise Spahić’s brother-in-law and fellow citizen.
In Belgrade, three days later, Vukićević was reported missing, while the Spahić family did the same in Bar. For now, at least officially, no one is looking for Hodzic.
Montenegrin investigators are rolling the dice where Spahic was headed on October 14. According to “Novosti”, he and his wife last met that day around noon and was told that he was “going to Podgorica on business.” The mobile phone signal, which was used by this Baranin, was last recorded at the base station, which covers the Union Bridge in Podgorica around 3pm.
Shortly before that, the cameras filmed this Baranin in Spuž, where he was at the wheel of his “Audi A4” car, with Nikšić plates.
– Since then, we have no more information about him – said Spahić’s wife, who denies that the case is related to the disappearance of her brother Damir Hodžić.
Conflicts between the clans of Kotor may be involved
However, operational data from security services suggests that the two events could be closely related. It is now being investigated whether the two met that day and went to Belgrade together.
So far, no “Audi A4” car has been found, with which Spahić left Bar for Podgorica on 14 October. Investigators are focused, among other things, on gathering evidence for the claim that Spahic and Hodzic illegally crossed the border crossing into Serbia that day to see Lazar Vukicevic.
The disappearance of the two Barans is being closely watched by agents of the Special Police Department, because, as they told “Novosti”, “the possibility that everything has something to do with the conflict of criminal groups is not ruled out. of Kotor “.
Furthermore, there has been operational information for a long time that before Lazar Vukićević’s disappearance, he spoke to Hodžić by phone. The Belgrade police do not rule out the possibility that Hodzic was “bait” for Vukicevic and that a Belgrade criminal group, close to the “Kavac clan”, was behind his disappearance.
Serbian police officers have indications that Hodzic, allegedly a member of the Bar criminal clan whose leader until July was Alan Kozar, who was killed in Corfu with Damir Hadzic of Uzice, received signals from Montenegro when he arrived in Belgrade. This bar team has long been known to be close to “touts”.
Four days ago, a former leader of the Partizan “Zabranjeni” fan group, Nenad Alajbegović alias Alibeg (39), was injured and now it is being investigated whether the case of the shooting is related to the increasingly frequent clashes in which the men are mentioned. “undertakers”.
According to the latest information, his health is stable after the shooting, confirmed the “Blic” Emergency Center.
Alibeg was shot five times, concluding with the last one in New Belgrade, and had never before wanted to reveal the identity of the shooting and the possible motive for the shooting to investigators. Disappeared three months ago
Almost three months ago, Goran Veličković Goksi disappeared in Belgrade, more precisely on August 3, when all trace of him was lost. Two days later, seeing that he was not returning home, his wife reported him missing. By the way, Veličković is known to the Serbian public as the former fan leader of a group of Partizan fans.
As the media previously wrote, he and Miloš Kimi Radosavljević withdrew from the south stand and founded a new group of fans, which meanwhile withdrew from the east stand. They stopped being active in the stadium and did not attend Partizan football or basketball games. Before his disappearance, Veličković was in the Central Prison because an investigation was carried out against him, but he was released in March.
A missing Red Star fan connected to the murdered Šarc
Lazar Vukićević (31) has been wanted since October 14. The police have known him for a long time because he spent time in prison for shooting the leader of Partizan fans, Nikola Vavić, and according to unofficial information, he was close to fan circles.
The family of the missing Vukićević suspect that he was kidnapped and the possibility that a crime was committed is not ruled out. Last year, Lazar Vukićević escaped death in Vračar, near his home, when about a kilogram of plastic explosives was placed under his “Porsche” car.
By the way, it is believed that Vukićević’s disappearance is related to the murder of Aleksandar Šarc, who was his friend, who, according to unofficial information, was also close to fan circles. Vukicevic disappeared three days before the shooting in the garage of the “Usce” mall, when Sharc was shot.
Let us remind you, Aleksandar Šarac (35), months before the fatal shots were fired on October 17, believed to have been shot by 23-year-old Lazar I from Kraljevo, saw his acquaintances only in cafes inside shopping malls, covered with cameras.
– He wore bulletproof vests, drove an armored “Mercedes”, or more precisely, had a driver. All of this indicates that he feared for his life. And he saw his friends in cafes inside shopping malls. That was probably one of his precautions. There are a lot of people in the shopping malls, they are “covered” by video surveillance. Probably for all that, he considered them safer places than ordinary cafes, a restaurant in town. In those criminal confrontations. a small number of executors would dare to shoot the target in front of dozens of cameras and hundreds of people, a source familiar with the investigation told “Blic” previously.
The liquidation of the leader of the Skaljar clan, Jovan Vukotić, was prevented yesterday in Kotor, it was unofficially confirmed from the top of the Police Administration of Montenegro.
Another attempt to assassinate the leader of the “escalar”
Last month in Kotor, the police arrested Nikšić’s Petar Mujović, allegedly preventing the attempt to liquidate Jovan Vukotić.
Sources close to Vukotić said at the time that Mujović, in front of the Kotor Security Department, was disarmed by Kotoranin’s bodyguard Dragoljub Ćetković. According to “Vijesti”, Mujović followed Vukotić with the vehicle, which was later stopped by the police in front of the Vrmac tunnel.
Double murder in Montenegro
The bodies of Nemanja Prelević and Danilo Peković from Podgorica were found on October 18 at a weekend house in Veruša, not far from Kolašin. Two people are suspected of being killed in the direction of criminal clans. According to unofficial information from the police, the first results of the investigation show that two people were involved in the armed attack against Prelević and Peković. These two were apparently close to the Kavac clan, and their liquidation was assumed to have something to do with the war that had been raging for years between the Skaljar and Kavac groups.
However, the family of the murdered Prelević claimed immediately after the information emerged that Nemanja was not a member of any criminal group and that he had come to Veruša with Danilo Peković to rest.
The state’s top attorney, Zoran Vucinic, did not officially confirm this information, but said that according to police data, Pekovic and Prelevic were flagged as persons of security concern.
Arrested for weapons
Pekovic was arrested in 2019 and transferred to pretrial detention, after police found a gun with a bullet in the barrel during their control in the City neighborhood. In addition, members of the Podgorica police arrested Nemanja Prelević in 2016, on suspicion that he possessed three pistols without permission and endangered the safety of the worker.
Judging by the records of the security services, Prelević sold narcotics and his friend, who was eight years younger, kept it. Sources close to the investigation claim that this was not the first engagement of a young Pekovic’s bodyguard, but that he had previously been accompanied by some interesting security people.
