American Charles Cutter, who received a Serbian passport a few months ago, arrived in Zrenjanin, where the Serbian-American flag was tattooed on his body in a studio.
Under the two tied flags, in Cyrillic, it says “Two loves.” Charles also tattooed the Temple of Saint Sava and the Statue of Liberty.
Kater shared a video of the tattoo on social media.
– We celebrate dual citizenship with a new tattoo – wrote Kater on social media.
The American got a tattoo in Zrenjanin, which is the first city in Serbia where he stayed.
He also took advantage of his visit to Zrenjanin to hang out with friends and visit the city and make recordings that he shared with his followers on his YouTube channel.
– This is a very nice little town. In my opinion, it is one of the five most beautiful cities in Serbia – said Kater.
