The representative for the composition of the new Government of Serbia, Ana Brnabić, declared that a synod is necessary at this time, as well as that the Government of Serbia will be a coalition.
“The SNS took a decision immediately after the elections to definitively invite national minorities to form a government with us, we will see on Sunday when it proposes whether it will be a concentration or not,” said the future designated prime minister of the government, as reported the B92 website.
It will be a coalition government, in which the SPS and SPAS will participate, he added.
“We absolutely do not need anyone, not even partners on the list,” he said, but also added that the whole world is in an emergency situation, so this government is concentrating, because unity is necessary at that time.
When asked why we need elections before the four-year term expires, he replied:
“The world is likely to face an even bigger economic crisis.”
According to her, the Government will have absolute support in the Assembly, as well as all the power to do what is necessary.
Speaking as a guest on RTS, she noted that the limited mandate of this administration is additional motivation for everyone to do their best in the difficult year ahead.
Brnabic said there will be many new faces, but did not specify how many, explaining that there is too much talk about techniques, although it is necessary to talk about the challenges that lie ahead.
“We will get to have almost 50 percent women, I don’t think we will ‘throw’ 50, but it will be close,” he said.
The new members of the government will meet on Sunday, after the SNS Presidency session, Brnabić said.
It should be remembered that the composition of the new government was discussed today in the session of the SNS Presidency. Tonight, Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić announced that there are still doubts and that the composition of the future government will be known on Sunday, October 25.
