The number of crowns infected with the virus is growing day by day in Serbia. Of the total number of infected, the majority are those registered in the capital. This situation is of particular concern to the Mayor of Belgrade, Zoran Radojicic, who announced today that a stricter control of the application of measures indoors will be applied in the coming days.
He emphasized that the greatest danger of the corona virus spreading is in closed facilities, citing shocking data, that an infected person in a room full of people can infect up to 80 percent of those in that closed area.
– If you have a room with 500 people and only one infected person, you can infect up to 80 percent of those in that room. Imagine five of those places, do you know how many people there are? That is what we want to prevent.
Mayor Radojicic also said that the situation is very serious, and that we must all abstain until spring and the arrival of the vaccine, when everything will work normally again.
