The First Basic Prosecutor’s Office in Belgrade brought an accusation against the president of the Dveri movement, Bosko Obradovic, and three others for violent behavior in front of the Serbian Parliament on May 8, when they tried to prevent MP Marian Risticevic and Minister of Health Zlatibor Loncar They will enter the parliament building. According to the website of the prosecution, an accusation was brought to the First Court of First Instance in Belgrade against Davor Đurđević, Marko Đurđević and Slaviša Miletić.

They are accused of violating public order and peace with insolent, ruthless and violent behavior against Risticevic and Loncar at the time when other deputies entered the Assembly building and in the presence of a large number of teams of journalists, and inflicted minor bodily injury to Risticevic.

Through the indictment, the prosecution proposed to the court to find the defendants guilty of this crime and impose the appropriate criminal penalties.
