BLACK SCENARIO PREPARED TO LAZAR: Suspect in Bojan Mirkovic Murder Saved by Arrest; should have been transferred to Montenegro

Traces lead to a group of fans, but evidence for this direction of the investigation is still being collected. Lazar T. (22), suspected of being the direct author of the crime, according to unofficial information, has claimed “total” guilt in the police.

He said he used two weapons in the crime, said where he threw them (the divers found them later), and also took the police to the place where he hid the bicycle with which he fled the scene. Nearby, he changed his clothes and set his clothes and backpack on fire.

The prosecution decided to defend itself by keeping silent. Operational data shows that Lazar T. was linked to the aforementioned group of fans, as well as taking “first delivery” and cocaine for the murder of Mirković. He had already bled his hands once. Four years ago, after a brief fight, he stabbed two young men in Slavija with a knife.

– Lazar was very scared – says the source “Novosti”.

– They promised to transfer him to Montenegro, but it is a real luck that they arrest him. A much darker fate was prepared for him, from which he escaped. The plan was most likely the same as for his namesake “Ušće”, who killed Aleksandar Šarc. The fate of Lazar Ilić, one year older, is uncertain, although an order has been issued against him on suspicion that he killed Šarc.

The police and the prosecution identified Bojan K. (37), who has an emotional relationship with Lazar T.’s mother, as well as Dušan K. (32) as assistants in the murder of Mirković. Apparently, both were involved in the whole story of this young man, who needed help to commit a crime.

It is interesting that Bojan K. presented his defense to the police but also to the prosecution. He claimed that he had nothing to do with the murder and that it was not true that he had set up a GPS device with Ivan N. and therefore tracked the target. According to the criminal report and the request for an investigation, the two informed Lazar T. about the victim’s movement. The direct assistant in the crime is supposedly Dušan K.

However, the role of two Montenegrins, Ivan N., a native of Nikšić and Filip I of Cetinje (29), is still unexplored. The latter was at the wheel of the jeep in which Lazar T. and Dušan K. were found fleeing Serbia.

CUSTODY FOR FIVE SUSPECT

The investigating judge of the Belgrade High Court, after hearing from the three suspects Lazar T., Dušan K. and Filip I., ordered custody for up to 30 days. Lazar T. was convicted of the danger of fleeing, the possibility of influencing the witnesses, so that the crime does not repeat itself, and public harassment because he was threatened with a sentence of more than ten years. Dušan K. will remain in custody in order not to escape, repeat the crime and disturb the public, while Filip I. was sentenced for the danger of fleeing and disturbing the public. Lazar T. and Dušan K. are suspected of aggravated murder in complicity, and Lazar T. is also charged with illegal possession of weapons. Felipe I is suspected of assisting in the aggravated murder.

Ivan N. and Bojan K., also accused in this case of aggravated murder in complicity, were previously placed in preventive detention so as not to influence the witnesses, repeat the crime and public harassment, and Bojan K. on suspicion that he would be put in custody. freedom. cover.
