Historian prof. Dr. Srđa Trifković commented on the morning show of Happy TV’s hearing at the US House of Representatives Foreign Policy Committee on the issue of the Balkans.

– They advocated a thorough review of Dayton, the abolition of entities, the introduction of the “one man – one vote” principle, the prohibition of political action Milorad Dodik and his close associates, based on the claim that they are cooperating with corrupt Russian oligarchs, and for bringing the NATO garrison to Brcko, which would split RS into two parts. They also advocated financial and other pressure, not only on RS, but also on Serbia, not to interfere in the whole affair. For me, this is a completely expected offensive, by the same circles that never reconciled with Dayton and that always considered Serbia an illegitimate creation – said Trifković.
The professor said RS is in danger.
– It is to be feared that the bureaucracy of Brussels, Berlin and Paris will present joint actions on the issue of the Dayton review and the recognition of the false state of Kosovo, as proof that partners on both sides of the Atlantic can restore cooperation – he said Prof. Dr. Srdja Trifkovic.
