“As part of the public bidding procedure carried out by the City of Belgrade, the subsidiary of the company Marera Properties made the best offer and is now in the process of formalizing the sale contract,” the announcement indicates.

It is added that it is close to 20,000 square meters, that is to say, that the acquisition refers to the office space in the “Beograđanka” tower, and does not include the commercial space that is located next to the tower.

Since 1974, the year of its construction, the “Belgrade Palace” has not undergone any significant reconstruction project, and the company Marera Properties has committed to making an additional investment of eight million euros, as well as to carry out the works on the installation within three years.

The company affirms that they are aware that the Belgrade woman is one of the landmarks of the capital and that “she will enter the reconstruction project with the utmost responsibility, but also with enthusiasm”.

“We have rich experience in this field, including the renovation of architectural buildings of worship. The best example is the reconstruction of the former Beko hall, today the Kalemegdan Business Center, carried out in cooperation with the Republic Institute for the Protection of Monuments. The Belgrade Woman was once the most modern building in the country, and our plans are to restore that status through innovative design and adaptation to current trends in business architecture and interior design, “said Milana Sreckov, Director of Marera Properties.

The announcement states that “Palace Belgrade” will open its doors to the business community after rebuilding.

According to Belgrade media, “Beograđanka” was sold at a starting price of 16.5 million euros.

SSP: A Belgrade woman sold at a paltry price, another nonsense from the city government

The Freedom and Justice Party today assessed that the Belgrade Palace building, better known as “Belgrade Woman”, was sold today, in a different attempt, at a miserable price.

Although, as indicated by the SAA, nobody showed up on the first call, followed very quickly by other interested buyers, with a reduced price.

“So 19,000 square meters of usable commercial space were sold for 16.5 million euros, which is about 860 euros per square meter, and that’s a miserable price for the strict center of Belgrade.” By the way, the price of the first call for sale was 20.6 million euros, which will soon be significantly reduced by, already now a certain “known buyer” MPP “New project”, a company that was founded a few days, based in Stari city. Behind that company is “Marera Properties” DOO, which received lucrative jobs in Belgrade, such as the construction of several residential and commercial buildings in the center, and is best known on the site of the former “Beko” factory in Dorcol, “he said. the SAA in a statement today sale of “Belgrade women”.

The Freedom and Justice Party, as they point out, has previously stated that the “Belgrade woman” must remain the property of the citizens of Belgrade, and that “the sale of the symbols of our capital is another nonsense of the current government of the city”.

Do not drown Belgrade: Harmful consequences of the sale of the work “Belgrade Woman”, the buying company has existed for ten days

The “Let’s not drown Belgrade” initiative announced today that with the sale of a part of the commercial space in the “Beograđanka” palace, “the trend of non-domestic management of public property and sale of city property” has continued.

The initiative believes that the sale “will have numerous dire consequences.”

The statement states that in the “expressly repeated” public tender, at a reduced price compared to the previous tender, “Beograđanka” was sold to the sole bidder, the company “MPP new project DOO” at an initial price of just over 16 millions of euros.

“By inspecting the company registry, we discovered that it is a company that was founded only 10 days ago, and that it seems to be one of the branches of the company ‘Marera Investment Group’ that owns a series of properties and premises under construction, such as the old ‘Beko’ factory in Dorcol ”, it is written in the advertisement.
