“Here, when all the bars are full, about 5,000 people will work,” Vui said after visiting the Belgrade Gallery.

As he said, with this project we have gained a lot in attracting tourists, hiring construction companies, hiring people in the facility, which will contribute to GDP growth.

“You will see how many people and money Belgrade and Serbia will attract,” Vui said. According to him, the project will contribute 0.3 percent to the country’s GDP and will have a significant impact on the economy.

The president of Serbia declared that Serbia would run a budget surplus at the end of October, which, he says, was almost impossible.

“We have a big deficit at the end of the year, due to the crown, but these are certainly extraordinary results, it shows that we can do better and faster,” Vui said. He recalled that Serbia is the first in Europe in terms of growth rate, it has never been.

“I tried to go around the commercial center of operations with an electric car, we didn’t get to see even 50 percent, it is such a big project,” said Vui.

“We did the most beautiful walk in all of Europe, with access to one of the most beautiful rivers, the Sava, and a view of the Danube. We made several buildings and we are building them, with boulevards that do not seem to be in Belgrade,” he added. Also present are Eagle Hills President Mohamed Alabar, Prime Minister Ana Brnabi and Finance Minister Sinia Mali.

“The oping moles will fill more in March and April, when the vaccine arrives and the crown passes,” said the Serbian president during the visit.

After speaking with contractors, the president said that 2,850 workers were employed at the Belgrade construction site on the water, 300 workers in the Tower alone, and that there were many foreign workers. “He waited, he points out, for foreigners to work with us, and not just for our people to go abroad,” the Serbian president said.

“This is changing the image of Serbia, everyone in the region will talk about this and come here,” said Finance Minister Sinia Mali.

On the eve of the official opening, a cocktail party was prepared last night for business partners and tenants who do not hide their satisfaction that they will operate in the new center of thorns in Belgrade.

Among the guests were those who took the opportunity to, before the official opening tomorrow at eight in the morning, “peek” at the stores of the favorite brands, where the merchandise is already on display and ready to wait for the first customers.

At one point, the Gallery was visited by Mohamed Alabar, president of the “Eagle Hills” company of the United Arab Emirates, who is the investor in the “Belgrade on water” project, within which the Belgrade Gallery was built.

Gallery Belgrade will be the largest shopping, entertainment and gastronomic destination in the region.

It is a thorny center on the banks of the Sava itself with 300,000 square meters of total area, 93,000 square meters of rental space and 3,600 parking spaces.

The facility will have about 300 bars and 50 restaurants, as well as a cinema with more than 1,700 seats. In addition to new brands, the Gallery will also present existing brands with their premium editions.
