Last week, Aleksandar Vučić, in his capacity as President of Serbia, in a meeting with representatives of the National Convention, that is, the constitutional and legislative body of the European Union, observed a minute of silence to pay tribute to Albanian civilians dead, including children, who were buried in a mass grave in Batajnica.
Vučić did so at the suggestion of Naim Leo Beširi, executive director of the Institute of European Affairs in Serbia. And when it was suggested that he pay tribute to the innocent victims of Kosovo with a public gesture, laying flowers on the tomb of Batajnica, he replied that all the victims of the wars deserve honor, not only the Albanians.
In this way, he reaffirmed his attitude towards what was happening in Kosovo in the 1990s. But even worse than that.
His position is extremely hypocritical in the negotiations on Kosovo and with the European Union. It accepted a minute’s silence for the Albanian victims in a closed-door meeting with Europeans, but of all the newspapers, only the Danas daily paid attention to that fact, while its tabloid media scum made no mention of giving a word to the Albanians the next day. On the contrary.
Instead of peace talks, the purchase of 300 unmanned bombers is announced as a guarantee of peace, while its former director of the Office for Kosovo claims that Albanians allegedly want to cleanse Kosovo entirely of Serbs.
This data shows that this is pure nebulousness and a lie that serves to spread fear among the people: Serbs participated in the Kosovo elections. The elections were called by the Republic of Kosovo and in accordance with the laws of that state.
In those elections, Serbs from the so-called Serbian List were elected and entered the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo. And not only that. They also entered the government of the Republic of Kosovo, obtained ministerial posts and the post of deputy prime minister.
So how do the Albanians want to cleanse Kosovo of Serbs? Regardless of what the new Serbian ambassador to the United States, Marko Đurić, spoke, Serbia de jure recognized Kosovo as an independent state.
Yet de facto, the citizens of Serbia remain hostages to the frozen conflict with Kosovo, which is becoming the dumbest Serbian word and not just the most expensive.
The purchase of unmanned bombers in that sense is not a guarantee of peace, but a guarantee that the Serbian government does not want a legally binding agreement with Kosovo and that the authorities are only misleading the citizens of Serbia and Europe.
It is that unaltered chauvinistic national consciousness of the Serbian authorities since the disintegration of Yugoslavia until today. The shallow mind that deprived all citizens of their freedoms for the good of the government and brought Serbia to the level of the poorest country in Europe.
However, a logical question arises: What kind of society are we, when we have allowed unscrupulous noble rulers to treat us like a flock and do whatever they want with us? We are a bent, backward and reconciled society.
The refugees were in our blood. For centuries, we have been retreating and fleeing the civilized world, always facing the past and defeating it as true retrograde peoples.
So that the former professor of the Faculty of Law, Academician Radomir Lukić, will be useful today to tell all Serbian lawyers what the state is like in 1962, as graduates: “Dear colleagues, young lawyers. Remember from today for the rest of your life, that the state is a monopoly of violence and that it governs with fear that is sown through the army, the police, the prosecutors, but often also the courts. Therefore, as lawyers, you will have to be in conflict with the state all your life, defending people from bad government, because all government is evil and evil. Only in that way will you free people from that fear and deserve your reputation and the reputation of our legal profession. “
The self-proclaimed best student of the Faculty of Law, the usurper of the entire Serbian government, is the best proof that the great professor Radomir Lukić was right.
That political intruder made Serbia his state governed by fear that he sows through his tabloid media scum, the police and his paramilitary bullying, made up of pure criminals. One talks, the other thinks and the third works.
There are only three solutions for citizens to get rid of both fear and it. Rebellion, rebellion, and just rebellion.
