Average salary in Belgrade is 628 EUROS, two industries are convincingly INCREASING THE AVERAGE, and this is how it is in the rest of Serbia

It is already clear to everyone that the highest salaries in Serbia are in the capital, and according to the July data, the average salary in Belgrade was 628 euros. Thus, the average salary in the capital was 124 percent of the national average.

The average net salary in the first six months of this year in the Belgrade region amounted to 73,277 dinars, while the national average was 59,222 dinars.

If you look at which industries have the highest wages in Serbia, it is clear who in Belgrade “draws the average”.

Traditionally, air traffic employees and developers dominate and change first in terms of salaries.

Also this time it is the same, and considering that most of them are employed in the capital, it is clear why the statistics are like this.

According to SBS, employees in the field of computer programming, consulting and related activities had the highest average salaries in Serbia, 158,000 dinars.

On the other hand, air transport employees earned on average somewhat less than that, so their salary was around 150,400 dinars.

Traditionally, the top five occupation areas with the highest salaries were tobacco industry employees, as well as information and communication employees with an average salary of around 118,000 dinars.

Interestingly, those in the field of scientific and research work are also on the high-paying ladders, with average salaries of around 116,000 dinars. The finances that dominated until a few years ago are no longer in the highest positions.

Analysis by the Republic Statistics Office also showed that the capital has the highest employment rate, seven percent above the Serbian average.

Pirot above average

The RZZS data also shows that in Pirot, the average net salary, excluding taxes and contributions, reached 59,931 dinars, which is about 300 dinars more than the average salary at the Serbian level.

In Subotica, for example, the average salary was 56,000 at the same time, Nis also, Vranje and Prokuplje 49,000 each, Leskovac 46,000 …

The highest average net salary was recorded in the municipalities of Belgrade, Vracar, 97,000, New Belgrade 94,000 and Stari Grad 93,000 dinars.
