“We have started new projects in the territory of the city of Pancevo. We have submitted applications to the local self-government and we expect a positive result after the constitution of the new city government,” the company’s manager for Serbia Christoph Bols told eKapija. .
According to him, the company is satisfied with the business environment in Serbia, which is why they intend to increase their presence in the Serbian market.
They are aware, he adds, that food tariffs and state subsidies will be abolished, but they are also prepared for that, because they are already operating within the auction system in other European countries.
When asked what local governments can expect in which wind farm projects are completed, that is, what benefits Alibunar had, Bols said that as a responsible investor, who understands the needs of the environment in which he invests and is responsible for them, Elicio donated to the local community.
“We are determined to continue providing financial assistance, through agreements to finance projects of importance to the local community, and we will do the same in the places where we will start new projects.
