From yesterday to today, 2,412 new cases of coronavirus have been registered in Serbia and six people have died. A total of 53,495 people have contracted the virus in our country so far and 850 deaths have been registered.
There are currently 2,014 patients in the hospital, 53 of whom are wearing respirators.
In the last 24 hours, 12,617 people were tested, and a total of 1,376,236 since March.
In the last 24 hours, just under 400 covid-positive patients had to stay in the hospital. About 150 of them are in Belgrade, Health Minister Zlatibor Lončar said after meeting with directors of covid hospitals in Serbia.
Serbian Prime Minister Ana Brnabić announced today that healthcare workers will receive a one-time award of 10,000 dinars before the end of the year.
