The death of an unknown man, who fell today from the 12th floor of the building in front of bystanders and the ambulance team, shocked and horrified the residents of Pančićeva Street in Dorćol.
At around 11:10 am, one of the tenants on Pančićeva Street in the old town noticed an unknown man in his apartment, whose legs dangled from the top floor of a twelve-story building. He immediately informed the police, who arrived within minutes. The unknown man appeared to have slept on his side on top of the building for about 40 minutes. The tenants noted that he had a long beard and hair.
Firefighters tried to get close to him, but an unknown man woke up and allegedly immediately slid off the roof. Doctors came immediately, but there was no way out.
According to unofficial information, the man in question is in his 60s. His identity has yet to be determined and the tenants claim that he is not a tenant in the surrounding buildings.
This shocking video shows rescuers trying to help the unfortunate man. However, it seems that he was not aware of what was happening and where he was, so, despite warnings from rescuers, he jumped over the terrace fence, where he landed from the roof, and went straight to death.
