Due to the great interest in vaccination, people waited for hours at the Belgrade Fair, but also in front of the Belexpo Center in New Belgrade. The crowd was so packed that during the day, the e-government invited citizens of countries in the region to register before leaving for Serbia.

The regional vaccine fair in Belgrade attracted the majority of people from Sarajevo and other parts of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Many of these people drove all night to line up at the Belgrade Fair in the morning.

“I come from Sarajevo. I left this morning at 4. And I have been waiting four hours.”

“If our people had provided it, I would have had it there and would not have had to come here at this age.”

“I come from Visoko in Bosnia and Herzegovina.” Six of us from my company, we are here to receive those vaccines. “

“We come from Brcko. We start around 6. Out of 10 we are fine,” say those who came to get vaccinated.

Two columns were formed in front of Pavilion 3. One for those who applied through electronic administration and the other for parents who came without prior application.

“We come from Macedonia. We started at 6. We had an appointment at 12, but we are still waiting. We hope to finish today.”

“I come from Skopje. I have been waiting an hour and a half.”

“We don’t have vaccines.” This was the only option for me to get the vaccine, “they say.

Among the Macedonians and the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina, there was a guest from another continent.

“I am from Bolivia and I am visiting my boyfriend here. He registered me for the vaccine and I decided to take the opportunity, because there are still no vaccines in Bolivia. We did not get them,” he said.

Many were concerned about whether it would be their turn and whether they would have to sleep in Belgrade. A completely different mood reigned among those who arrived early this morning and received a life-saving sting.

“Thank you Belgrade for all this. They organized very well, every part of them.”

“Let us always be organized like this.”

“I’ve been waiting since 9 o’clock. I’m from Tuzla. I’m done and thank you for giving us the opportunity to get vaccinated.”

I am from Podgorica. The Chamber of Commerce got organized and we finished quickly. I invite you all to receive vaccinations, it is nothing terrible. “

At another point in the Belexpo Center, the Serbian Chamber of Commerce provided 10,000 vaccines to entrepreneurs in the region. Albanian airline flight attendants are among those vaccinated.

“I’m from Sarajevo. We shortened our path to the vaccine. I want to thank Serbia. We really didn’t have any more time to wait.”

“Considering the situation in our country, thank you, Vučić, for making this possible for us.”

Due to the crowds, the director of the Electronic Administration Office, Mihailo Jovanović, warns foreign citizens that they must register on the Electronic Administration portal and come when their appointment is scheduled, otherwise they will not receive the vaccine.
