An investigation is underway, the body of a young soldier from Zajecar (21) was found next to the guardhouse

PANČEVO – A young soldier from Zaječar SP (21) was found dead yesterday afternoon near the guardhouse near the Rastko Nemanjić barracks in Pančevo.

As confirmed by the Superior Public Ministry of Pancevo, the investigation must show what happened at the guard post. The young man from Zajecar was a soldier in voluntary military service.

The investigation was carried out by the Military Police and was attended by the VJT guard deputy in Pancevo. According to the first information, the soldier has a gunshot wound to the head, and the Ministry of Defense announced that it was a suicide.

The investigation will determine all the details of this tragedy.
