A JN man was arrested on suspicion of firing several projectiles from a Renault Laguna car in the direction of a parked Mercedes vehicle at around 7:30 pm last night on Bora Vukumirovića Street in Karaburma.
Then it is suspected that around 9 pm, in Mirijevo, on Matica Srpska street, he fired several projectiles into the air again. In addition to a gun being found near the suspect, ammunition for the gun was also found in the car seat he was in, which can also be seen in the video.
The shooter was arrested through swift, coordinated and efficient action by members of the Belgrade Ministry of the Interior and Intervention Unit 92.
The suspect was detained for up to 48 hours and will be transferred to the competent Prosecutor’s Office, along with a criminal complaint, the announcement by the Interior Ministry states.
