US Deputy Ambassador Richard Mills referred to Dodik’s 30-minute speech and emphasized that, contrary to Dodik’s assessment, the institution of the OHR is important in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The leader of the SDA, Bakir Izetbegović, refused to participate in such a meeting, believing that the members of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina should have been invited, and not the leaders of the parties.
