When does it start and how long does it last?

Depending on the epidemiological situation in the country, the first draw is expected to take place at the end of November 2020. The Serbian government has adopted the criteria of the prize game, which allows envelopes with tax invoices or receipts to be sent from October 15 2020, so citizens have more time to collect more bills and increase their chances of winning.

Can minors participate in the prize game?

No. According to the Gaming Law, only adults can participate in the prize game. If parents or grandparents send an envelope in the name of their minor children or grandchildren, those envelopes will be considered invalid.

Can foreigners with temporary or permanent residence in Serbia participate in the draw?

Adult citizens of Serbia or foreign citizens can participate in the prize game, provided they have a permanent or temporary residence registration on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.

Can Kosovo residents participate?

Yes. All adults with permanent or temporary residence in the territory of the Republic of Serbia have the right to participate.

Are Correos employees entitled to participate in the draw?

No. Persons employed in institutions and organizations that participate directly in your organization do not have the right to participate in the prize game and are: the Cabinet of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Serbia, the General Secretariat of the Government of the Republic of Serbia, the Ministry of Finance, the Directorate of Property of the Republic. fortunately, the Tax Administration, the Serbian EP Post, the Serbian State Lottery and NALED. Can merchants send invoices from their stores?

Yes. According to the criteria of the prize game, it is allowed to send tax invoices and receipts from any store, including the store where the sender works. Keep in mind that the merchant is obliged to issue and deliver the tax invoice and the receipt to the buyer during each purchase, and keep copies for their registration and control.

What is the prize pool?

The prize fund will be known for the adoption and publication of the prize game rules. The Serbian government has previously announced that the awards will include apartments and cars in Belgrade.

Shipping and filling of envelopes

How many envelopes can one person send?

One person can send an unlimited number of envelopes, and each one must have 10 tax invoices or 10 receipts for card payment (receipts).

What packs can be used to participate in the prize game?

Envelopes of any color, size or shape can be used as long as they will fit in the mailbox.

How to fill in the envelope and to what address should it be sent?

The address to which the envelopes are sent is TAKE THE ACCOUNT AND WIN 2020. On the back of the envelope, the personal data of the participants must be written in legible letters: name, surname, address of residence / stay of personal documents and telephone contact. The back of the envelope is the side where the envelope opens.

Can more than one sender’s name be written on an envelope?

Only one person can send an envelope, that is, it is not allowed to write the names of two senders on the envelope.

Is it okay to write the return address or contact phone number inside the envelope?

No. One of the necessary conditions to participate in the prize game is that the sender’s contact details are written on the back of the envelope, as is usual in postal traffic.

TAX ACCOUNTS AND SLIPS

Can invoices and receipts be from the same store and can they be issued the same day?

Invoices and receipts are valid regardless of whether they are from the same point of sale or not, whether they were issued on the same day and what goods were purchased.

How does card payment double the possibility?

If you pay 10 times in cash, you will receive 10 tax invoices. If you pay 10 times with a card, you will receive 10 tax invoices and another 10 receipts, which is enough for two envelopes.

Can you send badly printed tax invoices that do not show all the data?

Do not send such invoices, because all the basic elements of tax invoices must be legible.

Do the sheets of an envelope have to be from the same card?

The sheets of the envelope can be of different cards.

Can tax invoices and receipts be combined in the same envelope?

No. Invoices and tax receipts are shipped separately in separate envelopes and do not need to be mixed.

Can toll bills paid, cash receipts from ATMs, buses, movie tickets participate in the prize game?

No. Receipts for tolls paid, receipts for payments made from ATMs, bus or movie tickets are not a tax invoice or confirmation of card payment and, as such, cannot participate in the prize game.
