The days of December go by and the corona virus is breaking record after record in the Rasina district. Today a new record was set: 274 people fell ill in just 24 hours. Another record was broken: 154 people were admitted to the Infectious Diseases Department of Krusevac General Hospital, nine more than yesterday. The optimal accommodation capacity is 120 beds, and another 60 have been added in these extraordinary conditions.
According to the Krusevac Public Health Institute, there are 93 newly infected people in the former Serbian capital, 79 in Trstenik, 48 in Aleksandrovac, 32 in Cicevac, 14 in Varvarin and 8 in Brus.
Since the beginning of the epidemic in the Rasina district, 5,108 cases of infection with the kovid-19 virus have been registered, of the 20,460 samples sent to accredited laboratories. So far, 2,549 positive findings have been recorded in Kruševac, 985 in Aleksandrovac, 957 in Trstenik, 258 in Brus, 190 in Varvarin, and 162 in Ćićevac.
Although students are classes online at home and in apartments, the corona virus does not give them peace. Four more students fell ill, making the total number of infected 120 and 23 teachers, but no new cases compared to the previous day. The alarming situation is complicated by the constant influx of citizens for examinations in the kovid ambulance “October 14”, as well as in ambulances in other municipalities of the Rasina district, long lines and low outside temperatures, which worries the competent institutions . In the telephone session, the city headquarters for emergency situations also tightened all the measures previously adopted and ordered constant controls and inspection supervision in their implementation. Working hours are limited to 5 pm on business days, and the exceptions are only health, pharmaceutical and some other institutions, and they will work unlimitedly throughout the day and on weekends.
The work is limited in facilities and businesses that provide services that do not require the presence of users or the presence and contact of limited duration, such as appliances, technical services, tailors, shoemakers, carpenters and glass cutters can work weekdays until 9:00 p.m. : 00 hours. , and on Saturdays until 5:00 p.m.
