Ivanuša: The situation in Serbia is deteriorating faster in Europe

Based on the number of people infected with the coronavirus, the situation in Serbia is deteriorating more rapidly relative to other European countries, said the director of the World Health Organization Office in Serbia, Dr. Marijan Ivanuša.

He points out that the introduction of new measures should be considered and points out that the measures that are in force are good, but that they obviously do not give the expected and desired results.

“There are many reasons for that. A certain number of people do not respect the existing measures as they should. The virus may have spread so far that the existing measures are not enough, so we need to think about additional measures,” Ivanusa said.
