Dr. Ivana Stefanović from the Emergency Room told RTS that three traffic accidents occurred overnight in which seven people were injured.
Three were transported to KBC Zemun, two to the Emergency Center. Two children also participated in one of the accidents, who had no visible injuries, but were visibly shaken and transferred to the corresponding health center.
Strong fight in Belgrade
Last night, there was a strong fight at 8:14 p.m., and two ambulance teams went to the scene.
An 84-year-old man was injured with a knife and was taken to the Emergency Center for resuscitation.
A 30-year-old man was also injured in the fight and was also transferred to UC resuscitation.
An appeal from parents of older teens
Dr. Ivana Stefanović said there were five pediatric calls during the night, referring to older adolescents.
“The reasons were that I was taking more medicine, it cut my veins. The children were also under the influence of alcohol. That is their call for help, it does not mean that there is a mental illness behind it, but it is possible that they are having a hard time.” we are not paying attention to it, “said Dr. Stefanović.
All of them were transferred last night to the Child and Adolescent Neurology and Psychiatry Clinic, and Dr. Ivana Stefanović sent a special call to parents to pay attention to children and understand that they need care.
“If they cannot provide adequate help, there are doctors who can, so there are no unintended consequences when it is too late,” said Dr. Ivana Stefanović.
