The deputy of the Serbian Progressive Party, Vladimir Djukanovic, today asked the Serbian government to dissolve the Crisis General Staff and not accept the proposed measures.
At the Serbian Assembly, Djukanovic asked why businessmen are shutting down and what is the meaning of it all.
– I ask the Serbian Government to disband the crisis personnel and not accept measures to shorten working hours and close all weekends. It is necessary to return everything to normal and tighten the controls for those who violate the measures. People will go crazy and let REM react due to the spread of panic, Djukanovic said.
He added that he did not vote for the reforms to the Law for the Protection of the Population from Infectious Diseases, because he considers that it is unconstitutional and controversial in many ways.
