There were sporadic cancellations, so we can say that 90 percent of the capacity was filled in Zlatar, which means that there are currently about 4,000 guests, the same as at the peak of the season around the New Year holidays – he said Branko Pucarevic, director of TO Zlatar.
There is also a ski resort in Zlatar, so in addition to hiking in beautiful landscapes, this type of recreation is also available to guests during their stay on this mountain.
– It rained in the previous days, but with artificial snow we managed to have trampled snow on the trails, so that the fans of winter sports can enjoy – said Pucarević.
At the time of the coronavirus epidemic, epidemiological measures are also being respected in this mountain center and the use of masks is necessary on the ski slope.
– We have adjusted the hotel restaurant to the maximum to the current situation, the guests eat lunch in shifts and in this way we avoid the meeting of larger groups at the same time in the same place. Anti-clutter barriers and disinfectants have been installed everywhere, and we also take care of the disinfection of the facilities – emphasized Pucarević.
