– If it is necessary to adopt special laws, we will adopt them. We will bring some things by simple majority. The state has been brought to the brink of existence by corruption, and our task is to break this practice at all costs – noted Abazović.

Abazovic asked the Supreme State Prosecutor to retire from office “so that he is not replaced.”

When, as he explains, the representatives of the new parliamentary majority speak of the need for revanchism not to exist, it is about maintaining social cohesion, so that negative emotions are not produced and citizens share them additionally.

– We do not want revenge, but that does not mean that there will be no justice. This does not exclude the responsibility of public officials, as well as the highest state officials and those who have violated the law. There is no disclaimer – assures Abazović.

According to him, a detailed plan for the reform of the security services is being considered, following the example of the Czech model.

– We must enter into an in-depth reform and we cannot leave the sector as it was – he said.

When asked if he had had contact with Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić after the August 30 elections, he answered no, noting that the newly established Montenegrin government, while protecting national interests, will establish the best relations regional and neighborhood possible.

He believes that the church, after resolving the disputed issues of the Religious Freedom Act, will take care of other things and that the need for the church’s role in everyday politics will cease.

Commenting on the recent meeting of the representatives of the three winning electoral lists with President Milo Djukanovic, Abazovic affirmed that it was carried out in the correct climate and that they all showed greater maturity than previously thought.

– If we continue like this, it will be good. The president must adhere to his constitutional powers, as we owe ours. We have no problem with coexistence – concluded Abazović with the expectation that the new government, mostly experts, will be elected on 8 November.
