There is an agreement between the Republika Srpska and Serbia for this project.

“When it comes to this particular project, we have to see what the effects are on the environment, which is especially sensitive for both countries,” Abazovi told BHTV.

He stated that Montenegro had not been informed that “this is not good practice for the future” and added that “unilateral moves could increase tensions in the region.”

Regarding the controversial Law on Freedom of Religion passed by the previous government in Montenegro, he says that the new government also believes that this law is necessary, but that it should not be discriminatory towards anyone.

“You have to change the existing solution, because there are some unconstitutional rules. We agree that six articles of the Law should be replaced, some should be eliminated, others should be reformulated. “We should not create tensions and create enmity,” stressed Abazovi, reports CDM.

He said that the land could not be taken from anyone and that it was not in line with European laws.
