The Administration for the Enforcement of Criminal Sanctions confirmed to Kurir that the convict passed away after he became ill.
– Yesterday afternoon he complained that he was not feeling well, for which he was transferred to the city hospital, where he was given help, after which he was returned to the district prison. However, this morning around 7 o’clock he became ill again, the ambulance arrived and resuscitated him, but without success – it was said in UICS, where they added that the police and the competent prosecutor’s office were informed of everything.
The exact cause of death, which is speculated as a result of complications from drinking shaving lotion, will be determined after an autopsy, which will be ordered by the Krusevac Superior Prosecutor’s Office, which is conducting the investigation.
The Kruševac District Prison is a semi-open institution for convicts and detainees of the Rasina District Territory, where they serve up to three months in prison, imprisonment in misdemeanor proceedings and detention by order of the competent courts.
